punishments

first . Warn them 3 times till kick.
2nd come back tommarow qkick them 2 times
3rd kick them if they continue with qkicks
4th tban if they get 2 kicks
5th ban for week if they continue
6th Perm ban

hmmm this looks ok but we need more like commands and any help with scripting

ban= !ban (user) (reason)
permban= !addban (user) (reason) also !ipban (user) (reason) and !rangeban (user) (reason)

looks good man but no baning like a mad man
